Attended Moraine Valley Community College for general courses from June, 2008 to Dec, 2010. I graduated with a GPA of 3.91 as an honor student. I am a member of Phi Theta Kappa and Moraine Valley Health Proffessions Club. Junior Neuroscience Major at University of Illinois at Chicago. I am a student of the Honor college.I am also a student research assistant at UIC medical school for Respiratory Medicine.

Academic Skills Tutor and Disability Service Tutor at Moraine Valley Community College from Jan, 2010 to Dec, 2010. A personal tutor for two high school students. Why I want to be a tutor? I have held a tutor position for almost a year, and through this expierence I have been able to build and increase my cognitive reasoning and problem solving techniques. I have also found that tutoring is a more effective way of learning new skills, and as a premed student, this job has been enriching and increasing my knowledge and preparation for the MCAT test. I have taken Engineering Physics I, Engineering physics II, general biology I, general biology II, genetics, all math up to calculas III, general chemistry I, general chemistry II, organic chemistry I, organic chemistry II, computer science I. I got A's in all of those classes but B in engineering physics I. I am also a volunteer at Christ Hospital in the emergency room.
